Embedded Vision Inspection

Our EVInspection Vision Inspection software provides OEMs with the ability to read barcodes, determine liquid levels, identify sample contrast changes, identify impurities in vials, determine if a cap is present on a test tube and a range of other solutions.   The software is an easy to use application that includes a host of drop in tools.  Using a Windows PC an OEM can design an inspection and then download that inspection into our EVInspection processors.  The EVInspection processors then run autonomously and provide vision results and digital outputs.

Our EVInspection processors utilize a powerful ARM Cortex processor for vision processing providing reliability and speed.   We can provide as much or as little assistance as needed to our OEM partners.    This assistance includes optimizing the solution to an OEMs specifications, providing the vision programming, packaging, and custom hardware or software add ons.
