The DS1100 embedded bar code reader is an ultra-compact cost-effective laser scanner characterized by very compact dimensions, motor on/off software commands, and wide reading width at a short reading distance. It is
lightweight at <100 g, has a built-in RISC decoder, a scanning speed of 500scans/sec, dual high speed serial interface, and an IP65 rugged industrial housing.
