DSE Starter Kit
DSE-STK – The new DSE-STK is designed to simplify the testing and learning phases of embedding a barcode scan module into lab instrumentation, medical devices, and Kiosk systems.
The starter kit is designed to provide the user with a flexible and easy platform that represents the Diamond Technologies DSE scanner line. The DSE-STK supports UART, RS232, and USB communications. The built in communication board is decoupled from the base decoder board adding to system flexibility and understanding of the components that make up the scan module.
The DSE-STK includes our high performance 1D/2D scan engine and all software programming commands are supported to help the user understand the full functionality of the DSE scan module line. The optional CAB-DSE-001 or CAB-DSE-002, which includes a power supply and communications cable, make the DSE-STK a plug and play experience for rapid prototyping.
